House League
Minor Novice to Midget $ 425.00
Includes jersey, socks, photograph, trophy, 1 game and 1 practice per week.
Juvenile $220.00
Includes jersey, socks, photograph, trophy, 1 game per week - no practices.
Initiation Program $440.00
Program for five and six year old children. Includes jersey, socks, photograph, trophy, 1 game and 1 practice per week plus no extra fee for Erindale Tyke Festival at the end of the season.
Tim Bits Program $220.00
Program for four year old children. Includes jersey, socks, photograph,
trophy, 1 combined game/practice per week.
Early Registration Discount A discount of $20 is
available for every player registered in Minor Novice to
Midget prior to July 1, 2011.
Sibling Discount Examples
Erindale Hockey offers discounts to families with more than one child registered
at our association as follows:
- second player registered $25
- third player registered $75
- fourth player registered $150
A copy of the player's birth certificate or passport is needed if the player has
not previously been registered in the Erindale Hockey
Association, the MHL or GTHL.

Hockey Canada secures your personal information from any unauthorized use. We secure your personal information such as names and phone numbers by protecting it through the use of the industry standard 128-bit Encryption using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. At no time does Hockey Canada store your credit card number.

Payment by Cheque or Money Order:
Please follow the procedures listed below if you choose this payment method:
- register your players online
- print the invoice displayed online at the end of the registration process.
- mail the printed invoice along with a cheque made payable to Erindale Hockey Association to the address on your receipt.
** Full payment must be received within one week of registering.
Refund Policy
After August 15th, refunds are subject to the approval of the Erindale Hockey Association President. Releases are not guaranteed. After September 1st, all refunds are issued and refunds granted the week following the conclusion of the MHL's convening period, subject to the Erindale president's approval.
Refunded registration fees are subject to an administration fee as follows: Up
to August 15th - $75
August 16th to September 1st - $125
September 2nd to September 30th - $200
No refund will be issued after September 30th, 2011
No refund will be issued where a false statement is made on the Registration Form. i.e. false address submitted by a non-resident of Mississauga or registered with another association for the current season.
