Pre-registration
Pre-Registration for returning goalies will open on May 7th and close on May 14th.
Pre-Registration for returning players will open on May 15th and close on May 25th. Please take this opportunity to guarantee your child's spot as the next available opportunity to register will be during open registration.
Four-Year Old Timbits Overview
Erindale is proud to expand our partnership with Tim Hortons and introduce a program dedicated to our four-year old hockey players. We recognize that four-year olds have unique needs and develop at different paces than their five and six year old counterparts in the IP Program. With that in mind, we have created a one session per week program that provides a strong emphasis developing their skating, and providing a balanced mix of skill development, scrimmages and fun.
Program is 23 weeks
Mid Saturday morning only
Timbit Holiday Party
Two weekend break during Christmas/holiday season
Year-end party with Trophies for all players
Skill development followed by a scrimmage and fun time
Structured weekly practices that are mapped out for the entire season
Tim Hortons Jersey and socks supplied
Ratio of two instructors for every three players
Siblings
Pre-registration will be available to families who (a) were registered with our association in the
2010/2011 season or (b) those families that have a child registered on an Erindale "A" team for the
2011/2012 season. If you wish to register a sibling who has never played before or who has been playing at another association, please contact the Registrar at eharegistrar@erindalehockey.com with the complete name and birth date of your child before attempting to register. If you are registering a sibling who is new to the Mississauga Hockey League, a copy of their birth certificate, passport or citizenship must be forwarded to the Registrar before registration is accepted
Goalies
Please note that, as in prior years, we give preference to our returning goalies. Every player who has registered as a goalie will receive a call from their convenor prior to June 1 to verify that a goalie position is available.
Coaches
If you are interested in a coaching position with Erindale Hockey, please complete the on-line Coach Application form and submit it before August 15th. All coaches must have completed the required Hockey Canada course(s) and have a current Criminal Record Check on file with the Mississauga Hockey League. Our coaching staffs will be formed in mid-September, at which time we will register each coach with Hockey Canada. All interested coaches are invited to our All Coaches' Meeting in early September.
Open Registration
Open
registration for players born in 2001 to 2007 will begin on
May 15th. For players born in 2000 and above,
open registration will begin on June 1st, 2011 at 7pm .
Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served
basis. As many of our age groups fill quickly, we suggest that
you register as soon as possible.
