Authentic Stitch has been the official Erindale Hockey Association (EHA) apparel supplier since the 2007-2008 season and we hope to do so for many more to come!

Product Review Sessions

• Two 6-hour product review sessions - November 7th & 8th from 8:00am - 2:00pm in the lobby of Erin Mills Twin Rinks
• Product Worksheets (sample attached), along with a cheque payable to your team account are to be submitted by individual players/parent/coach to their appointed Team Representative
• Team Representative is to then transfer the individual orders onto the Team Order Form (Excel file, attached); this is due no later than Monday, November 16, 2009

• Each Team Representative is to submit their Team Order form along with a 50% deposit no later than November 16, 2009 (one cheque/cash payment per team, Authentic Stitch Inc. will not accept individual payments).
• Authentic Stitch Inc. will have completed orders ready for the Team Representative to pick up approximately 5-7 weeks after receipt of the Team Order Form and payment (Pre-Christmas target date = December 18, 2009; stock permitting)
• Upon order completion, Authentic Stitch will contact each Team Representative to schedule pickup, the balance is to be paid at that time
