Braeden is a graduate of Erindale Hockey's "Ice Pilot's" Program where started his hockey career in 2012 and where his desire to become a goalie started.
His paternal grandparents moved to Canada 55 years ago, and Braeden was selected to represent his Pakistani heritage at the CCM Dream Nations Cup with teammates from Canada, the US, the UK, and other parts of Europe.
The Dream Nations Cup, presented by CCM, is an international ice hockey tournament that celebrates and emphasizes the emergence of the sport in non-traditional hockey markets. Teams from countries as far away as Egypt, Korea and Brazil are competing to showcase their developing hockey programs while engaging with and gaining support from their nation’s cultural communities.
We wish Braeden and all of the competing players from all over the world a fun and successful tournament!
